Digiflavor Lynx RDA

,

The Digiflavor Lynx RDA is a short, chunky, little RDA that looks somewhat simplistic on the outside. However, within the thin layers of stainless steel is a well-designed atomizer that makes it easy to enjoy dripping without the mess. Digiflavor did a good job of packing plenty of engineering genius into this otherwise unassuming package.

The Drip Well

What is the No. 1 complaint about RDAs? Spit back. It’s inevitable that with a wide-open well you are likely to get some amount of spit back from the coils, but many RDAs also cause condensation to build up inside the well that creates an unpleasant experience.

The Digiflavor Lynx RDA uses a creative design in which the drip tip itself extends slightly down past the inner sleeve so that condensation is redirected back into the atomizer, not into the opening. This subtle change keeps e-liquid out of your mouth at all times.

The only real complaint we have seen about the Digiflavor Lynx RDA is the post design. The build deck is plenty large enough to support any build you want, but the posts themselves can be a bit tricky to work with.

Instead of having independent screws to hold each set of coils in, this RDA uses a single screw and a pressure plate that clamps down on both wires at once. Some users complain that trying to get both coils to line up at the same time without touching each other is a hassle that other RDAs don’t have.

Airflow

Another unusual feature of the Digiflavor Lynx RDA is the inclusion of two different sets of airflow ports. At the base of the RDA is a set of airflow holes that are always open. This provides you the minimum amount of air you need to draw a smooth inhale without feeling too restricted.

However, you can also pull up gently on the upper sleeve of your RDA and you will reveal a couple of side ports as well. Now, it’s worth mentioning that you can’t close the bottom ports, so when you open the sides you are just creating a more free-flowing vape all around.

Overall, the Digiflavor Lynx is a pretty sturdy RDA that delivers a very clean vape. They managed to do away with spit back and bad flavors, but it may take you a little bit to get used to building on this.
